CNOOC Iraq Limited, a company existing under the laws of British Virgin Islands, acting as lead contractor of the Technical Service Contract for Missan Oil Fields entered into by and between Missan Oil Company, TP Missan Limited and Iraqi Drilling Company, is pleased to make the following public tender announcement:

1. Tender details:

Tender Title	ESP OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES
Tender Number	CMIT-PRT-10.30-170104
Basic Information	The work shall include the operation ESP and the surface equipment of ESP wells, including but not limited to, routine operation, daily inspection, recording, data analysis, report, provide proposal for running improvement of ESP system.
Tender Fee	USD100 (ITT documents can be downloaded for free, but tender fee USD100 is required while tenderer submits tender proposals)
Tender Closing Date	No later than 17:00 pm, on or before, July 11^th, 2017 ( Dubai Time)

2 Tenderer shall be obligated to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The tenderer will be disqualified provided that it fails to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The prequalification documents provided should strictly follow the requirement of ITT. The information below is the key items：

1) Scope of Business;

2) Qualified and validated ISO Certification as follows:

a) Quality Management System Certification Certificate ISO 9000 series (Any certificate has relationship with ISO9000series will be accepted);

b) Environmental Management Systems Certificate ISO14000 series(Any certificate has relationship with ISO14000series will be accepted);

c) Occupational Health & Safety management System (OHSMS) Certificate ISO18000 series (Any certificate has relationship with ISO18000series will be accepted).
