CNOOC Iraq Limited, a company existing under the laws of British Virgin Islands, acting as lead contractor of the Technical Service Contract for Missan Oil Fields entered into by and between Missan Oil Company, TP Missan Limited and Iraqi Drilling Company, is pleased to make the following public tender announcement:

Tender Title	PURCHASE OF 3000M3 WATER TREATMENT SKID (EPC)

Basic Information	Build a water treatment skid with capacity of 3000 m3 by EPC Contractor.
Tender Fee	USD100 (ITT documents can be downloaded for free, but tender fee USD100 is required while tenderer submits tender proposals, and Tenderer should provide the receipt of tender fee together with its proposal)
Tender Closing Date	No later than 17:00 pm, on or before, September 24^th, 2017 ( Dubai Time)

2 Tenderer shall be obligated to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The tenderer will be disqualified provided that it fails to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The prequalification documents provided should strictly follow the requirement of ITT. The information below is the key items：

1) Scope of Business;

2) Tenderer must have completed similar projects with total accumulative value of USD 20 Million Dollars for the Last 5 years, and at least Five (5) Years Experience in Oil & Gas industry with proven track record.

3) The Tenderer must have Certificates valid ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS18001 as well as Certificates for EPC Projects. Contractor must have Certificates valid with English model belong to the Contractor itself and not borrowed or rented but solely owned by Tenderer. Company shall reject any presented certificates which are rented and / or borrowed from a sister / mother subsidiary.
