2 Tenderer shall be obligated to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practise. The tenderer will be disqualified provided that it fails to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practise. The prequalification documents provided should strictly follow the requirement of ITT. The information below is the key items：
2.1 Scope of supply,
2.2 List with the successful experience of similar projects in last 3 years.
2.3 Country of Origin for the water injection tools: the accepted Country of Origin for all material shall be USA, Western Europe, Canada, Japan or any supplier which its already have been approved by MISSAN Oil Company (MOC).
2.4 Non-manufacturer is not acceptable.
2.5 Certificates of latest API or ISO 9001.
The prequalification documents should be provided on time required in VENDOR REGISTRATION AND PRE-QUALIFICATION. Failure to submit on time will lead to rejection.

4 Notice: The tenderer whom will be awarded the contract successfully shall pay the fee for the announcement.
5 This announcement is made both in English and in Arabic, if there is any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.
