Basic Information |
The EPC Contractor is required to build a 30000 m3 WATER DISCHARGING POND used for receiving the discharged water from the WTP when it was shutdown. The scope also include the oily water circulate system and other accessories. |

2 Tenderer shall be obligated to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The tenderer will be disqualified provided that it fails to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The prequalification documents provided should strictly follow the requirement of ITT. The information below is the key items：
2.1 Scope of Business. OHSAS 18001, ISO14001, ISO 9001 certificate.
2.2 Bidders must have international EPC project or similar construction or civil work experience.
2.3 Bidder must have engineering certificate and engineering experience.
2.4 Bidders must have contract value more than 5 million USD.
2.5 The project manager of the bidder should have 14 years work experience and 5 years project manager experience.
The prequalification documents should be provided on time required in VENDOR REGISTRATION AND PRE-QUALIFICATION. Failure to submit on time will lead to rejection.
