2 Tenderer shall be obligated to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The tenderer will be disqualified provided that it fails to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The prequalification documents provided should strictly follow the requirement of ITT. The information below is the key items：
2.1 Scope of supply
2.2 Proposed the key items on the announcement if the prequalification needed.
a) Tenderer shall obtain ISO CERTIFICATES as following:
Quality management system standard: ISO 9001:2008;
Occupational Health and Safety management system standard: OHSAS 18001:2007(NON-ACCR);
Environmental management system standard: ISO 14001:2004
b) Tenderer shall have the experience of the international EPC project management performance and provide the relevant supporting documents.
c) Tenderer shall provide engineering qualification. Or one subcontractor with design qualification is accepted by Company.
d) Contractor shall provide evidence for its experience within 5 years for EPC project management in Europe, Japan, USA, Canada, or Middle East

4 Notice: The tenderer whom will be awarded the contract successfully shall pay the fee for the announcement.
