Tenders by: CNOOC Iraq Limited, a company existing under the laws of British Virgin Islands, the Lead Contractor at Missan Oil Fields (located in the Missan province in southeastern Iraq ,close to the Iraq-Iran border and is about 175km north to the Basra city), alongside partners Missan Oil Company, TP Missan Limited and Iraqi Drilling Company to develop Missan Oilfields under contract (TSC) and its supplementary agreement with Missan Oil Company.

2.    *Tenderer shall be obligated to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The tenderer will be disqualified provided that it fails to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The prequalification documents provided should strictly follow the requirement of ITT. The information below is the key items：

 

  • Have adequate related experience in transportation service with driver
  • Have Trade License registered in Dubai UAE for at least two years.

 

The prequalification documents should be provided on time required in VENDOR REGISTRATION AND PRE-QUALIFICATION. Failure to submit on time will lead to rejection.

4.    Notice: The tenderer whom will be awarded the contract successfully shall pay the

fee at AED12,600.00 for the first time announcement and the second time announcements. The payment shall be made to Company finance once the winner receives the contract award notification from Company.
