CNOOC Iraq Limited, a company existing under the laws of British Virgin Islands, acting as lead contractor of the Technical Service Contract for Missan Oil Fields entered into by and between Missan Oil Company, TP Missan Limited and Iraqi Drilling Company, is pleased to make the following public tender announcement:

1. Tender details:

Tender Title	GENERAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY (PMC) SERVICES FOR SEVERAL PROJECTS.

Basic Information	The work shall consist of General Project Management Consultancy (PMC) Services for several projects: The services shall include the review and expediting of Engineering deliverables and vendor document from EPCC and LLI contractor of Company, expediting and superintend LLI procurement and EPCC contractor’s procurement and site work, as well as interface coordination between or among parties.
Tender Fee	USD100 (ITT documents can be downloaded for free, but tender fee USD100 is required while tenderer submits tender proposals).
Tender Closing Date	No later than 17:00 pm, on or before, December 26^th, 2017 ( Dubai Time)

2 Tenderer shall be obligated to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The tenderer will be disqualified provided that it fails to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The prequalification documents provided should strictly follow the requirement of ITT. The information below is the key items：

1) Scope of Business;

2) Tenderer Country of Origin shall be from Western Europe, Japan, USA and Canada (Mandatory key Item);

3) Tenderer shall have Minimum of Ten (10) years Experience in Project Management in Oil & Gas industry fields projects (mandatory key item).
