2. Tenderer shall be obligated to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The Tenderer will be disqualified provided that it fails to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The prequalification documents provided should strictly follow the requirement of ITT. The information below is the Key Items:
1) Bidder should provide qualified and competent engineers, the minimum working experience is 8 years for Mechanic engineers, Electrical engineers, Instrument engineers, and 5 years for Transmission line engineers.
2) Bidder should provide certificates of high-voltage operating qualification of the Electrical engineers and Transmission line engineer.
3) Bidder should have certificates (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001) for its own company, relevant sister or mother subsidiary company is not acceptable.
4) Bidder should have at least 8 years’ professional and complete power plant management experience.
