CNOOC Iraq Limited, a company existing under the laws of British Virgin Islands, acting as lead contractor of the Technical Service Contract for Missan Oil Fields entered into by and between Missan Oil Company, TP Missan Limited and Iraqi Drilling Company, is pleased to make the following public tender announcement:

1. Tender details:

Tender Title	PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY (PMC) SERVICES FOR BUT PROJECTS.

Basic Information	The work shall consist of Project Management Consultancy (PMC) Services for BUT projects including but not limited to ; 1) Overall Management;2) Basic Design and LLI Procurement Phase;3) EPCC supervision & monitoring 4) Reporting.
Tender Fee	USD100 (ITT documents can be downloaded for free, but tender fee USD100 is required while tenderer submits tender proposals, and Tenderer should provide the receipt of tender fee together with its proposal)
Tender Closing Date	No later than 17:00 pm, on or before, February 27^th, 2018 ( Dubai Time)

2 Tenderer shall be obligated to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The tenderer will be disqualified provided that it fails to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The prequalification documents provided should strictly follow the requirement of ITT.

The information below is the key items：

a) Scope of Supply

b) Qualification and Certificates IS09001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001 shall be in English Version, (mandatory key item);

c) Year of Experience in Oil & Gas fields projects must be no less than Ten (10) years of Project Management Consultant Experience (mandatory key item);

d) Tender shall have the experience of Project Management Consultant (PMC), and the actual accumulated amount of PMC services shall be over 6,000,000 USD from 2015 to 2017 (mandatory key item).
