CNOOC Iraq Limited, a company existing under the laws of British Virgin Islands, acting as lead contractor of the Technical Service Contract for Missan Oil Fields entered into by and between Missan Oil Company, TP Missan Limited and Iraqi Drilling Company, is pleased to make the following public tender announcement:

Basic Information	The main scope of work in this tender is for ESP Power Connection Phase II Project.
Tender Fee	USD100 (ITT documents can be downloaded for free, but tender fee USD 100 is required while tenderer submits tender proposals, and Tenderer should provide the receipt of tender fee together with its proposal)
Tender Closing Date	On or before 16:00 pm, April 2^nd, 2018 (Baghdad Time)

2 Tenderer shall be obligated to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The tenderer will be disqualified provided that it fails to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The prequalification documents provided should strictly follow the requirement of ITT. The information below is the key items：

2.1 Scope of Business;

2.2 Tenderer must have completed similar projects in 33kV or above power supply system in last 5 years and total amount should be not less than 20 Million USD.

2.3 Tenderer must have valid ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 Certificates，in which EPC should be clearly described in English version.

2.4 Tenderer must appoint Project Manager with at least 10 years of work experience in terms of project management in electrical projects.

2.5 Tenderer must own international engineering subsidiary corporation or subcontractor who is specialized in similar projects in 33kV or above power supply system and at least 5 years’ experience in engineering with support document.
