CNOOC Iraq Limited, a company existing under the laws of British Virgin Islands, acting as lead contractor of the Technical Service Contract for Missan Oil Fields entered into by and between Missan Oil Company, TP Missan Limited and Iraqi Drilling Company, is pleased to make the following public tender announcement:

2         Tenderer shall be obligated to provide bidding documents in accordance with international practice. The tenderer will be disqualified provided that it fails to provide bidding documents in accordance with international practice. The bidding documents provided should strictly follow the requirement of ITT.  The information below is the key items or see the Article 12.1 of Section 1 in ITT：

 

 

 

1)      Scope of Business must be related to the scope of work of the tender.

 

2)      Legal Entity and Qualification of Bidder,

 

3)      Bid proposals are in properly sealed condition,

 

4)      Bid Proposal Period of Validity (180 Days form Bid Closing Date),

 

5)      Bid Bond submission,

 

6)      Signed & Stamped Cover Letter (as per Section 2 PROPOSAL CONTENTS AND FORMS, Attachment 2A: Proposal Format of Cover Letter),

 

7)      Price proposal is separate from Technical & Commercial proposal,

 

8)      Valid certificates for the service facilities and equipment, especially for equipment regarding with filtration unit, slickline, wireline, acidizing pumps, CTU, nitrogen unit, flow-back equipment and waste disposal equipment.

 

9)      Latest version of API certificates shall be strictly applied to sale materials and products when applicable.

 

10)   It is required to provide at least eight (8) drilling rigs to perform the drilling operation and completion workload in order to ensure finish all workload as Company’s requirement. The rig capacity is required no less than 2000HP for drilling Mishrif reservoir wells, the rig capacity is required no less than 1500HP for drilling Asmari reservoir wells.

 

11)   The mobilization duration for the first rig must be within four (4) months from the Contract date, and Company prefers and encourages that more rigs to be provided to spud-in within shorter mobilization duration. The mobilization duration for other required rigs must be within five (5) months from the Contract effective date.

The Bid Bond must be presented to Company in a separated and sealed envelope and duly marked and stamped on outer envelope

 

 

 

Tender Fee is required only for the bidder who decides to submit Tender Proposals, and the invoice shall be received at Contact Emails before submitting Tender Proposals. Failure to do so may lead to rejection. Payment can be cash or T/T to our financial department:
