CNOOC Iraq Limited, a company existing under the laws of British Virgin Islands, acting as lead contractor of the Technical Service Contract for Missan Oil Fields entered into by and between Missan Oil Company, TP Missan Limited and Iraqi Drilling Company, is pleased to make the following public tender announcement:

2         Tenderer shall be obligated to provide bidding documents in accordance with international practice. The tenderer will be disqualified provided that it fails to provide bidding documents in accordance with international practice. The bidding documents provided should strictly follow the requirement of ITT.  The information below is the key items or see the Article 12.1 of Section 1 in ITT：

 

1)      Scope of Business must be related to the scope of work of the tender.

 

2)      Legal Entity and Qualification of Bidder

 

3)      Bid proposals are in properly sealed condition

 

4)      Bid Proposal Period of Validity (180 Days form Bid Closing Date)

 

5)      Bid Bond submission

 

6)      Signed & Stamped Cover Letter (as per Section 2 PROPOSAL CONTENTS AND FORMS, Attachment 2A: Proposal Format of Cover Letter)

 

7)      Price proposal is separate from Technical & Commercial proposal

 

8)      Bidders shall have the valid certificates with English model of ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001.

 

9)      All the crossover subs shall be manufactured marked, packed and delivered in according with API 5CT PLS2 or higher Version.

 

10)   Bidders and/or its subcontractors shall have certificates of API Spec 5B and API Spec 5L.

 

11)   Country of origin for all sale products shall be USA, Canada, West Europe or Japan.

 

12)   Bidders shall provide third party inspection recognized by company.

 

13)   The delivery of crossover should be within 4 months to company warehouse after receiving company’s purchasing order and the quantity for each PO shall not exceed the estimated quantity listed in ITT.

The Bid Bond must be presented to Company in a separated and sealed envelope and duly marked and stamped on outer envelope

 

Tender Fee is required only for the bidder who decides to submit Tender Proposals, and the invoice shall be received at Contact Emails before submitting Tender Proposals. Failure to do so may lead to rejection. Payment can be cash or T/T to our financial department:
