Bid Closing Date: no later than 16:00 (Baghdad Time), on or before October 31, 2021

The bid document purchase receipt must be received by emails to ex_rafkhat.r@cnoociraq.com; ex_chafikben@cnoociraq.com; ex_badreddin@cnoociraq.com; ex_abderrahm@cnoociraq.com; ex_mohamed.a@cnoociraq.com (“Tender Contact Emails”) on or before deadline.

ITT Section 1. Clause 11.1

Tenderer’s bid Proposal shall be irrevocable for a period 240 calendar days (“Bid Validity Period”).

ITT Section 1. Clause 12.1

Fail to meet any of below key factors will lead to disqualification:

1)    Scope of Business must be related to the scope of work of the tender.

2)    Legal Entity and Qualification of Bidder

3)    Bid proposals are in properly sealed condition

4)    Bid Proposal Period of Validity shall be as required in this TENDER DATA SHEET (TDS) (aforementioned Clause 11.1).

5)    Bid Bond submission

6)    Signed & Stamped Cover Letter (as per Section 2 PROPOSAL CONTENTS AND FORMS, Attachment 2A: Proposal Format of Cover Letter)

7)    Price proposal is separate from Technical & Commercial proposal

8)    Bidders are required to make visit to Company’s both Camps to do site inspection during the announcement period of Tender.

9)    Bidders must submit Key International Personnel CV for: Project manager, electrical and AC engineer and water treatment technician. Qualification of the Key international Personnel shall meet the requirements as set in ITT Section 3.

10) Bidders must have the following valid certificates: ISO 9001 (Quality Management System); ISO 14001 (Environment Management System); OHSAS18001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) that should be provided with Technical offer.

11) Bidders must have at least 3 years similar working experience in oilfield which can be proved by certificates or any other document.

12) Bidders must have experience in facility and equipment maintenance within international oil companies (IOC), including ExxonMobil, BP, Shell, CNOOC, CNPC, Chevron, ConocoPhillips, LUKOIL, PetroNas, GAZPROM and so on, which can be proved by the copy of service contract and the performance evaluation letter from IOCs, or any other document, or be qualified by Ministry of Oil of Iraq, which can be proved by official evidence from Ministry of Oil of Iraq.

ITT Section 1. Clause15.1

Bid bond: USD 66,000.00 (Sixty Six Thousand US Dollars), The Bid Bond must be presented to Company in a separated and sealed envelope and duly marked and stamped on outer envelope.

The original validity of the bid bond shall be the same as aforementioned Bid Validity Period in Clause 11.1.
