Bid Closing Date: no later than 16:00 (Baghdad Time), on or before February 24, 2022.

ITT Section 1. Clause 11.1

Tenderer’s bid Proposal shall be irrevocable for a period 240 calendar days (“Bid Validity Period”).

ITT Section 1. Clause 12.1

Fail to meet any of below key factors will lead to disqualification:

1) Scope of Business must be related to the scope of work of the tender.

2) Legal Entity and Qualification of Bidder

3) Bid proposals are in properly sealed condition

4) Bid Proposal Period of Validity shall be as required in this TENDER DATA SHEET (TDS) (aforementioned Clause 11.1).

5) Bid Bond submission

6) Signed & Stamped Cover Letter (as per Section 2 PROPOSAL CONTENTS AND FORMS, Attachment 2A: Proposal Format of Cover Letter)

7) Price proposal is separate from Technical & Commercial proposal.

8) Bidders shall provide the CCCPs design drawings with detailed dimension information stated and submit them for review during bidding process. The drawings for those five (5) types of CCCPs (see Table 1) must be submitted with the bidding documents.

9) Bidders shall provide five (5) samples (at least one each for one type of clamps, see Table 1) for fit tests (on tubing and inside casing) within 10 days after the bid closing date. (Manufacturing, freight and customs clearance of the samples will be at Bidder’s cost and responsibilities). The Bidder who fail to meet the fit test requirement or fail to submit the samples for fit test on time will be disqualified.

10) Only ESP CCCPs manufacturers or sole agency with authorization letters issued by the manufacturers will be accepted.

11) Bidder must provide both the manufacturer and its own valid certificates of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO45001 (or OHSAS 18001).

12) Bidder shall has a warehouse/workshop within four(4) months after signing the Contract inside Buzergan FOD Camp Missan Oilfield in order to conveniently provide the CCCPs storage and Used/Pulled CCCPs cleaning, inspection, maintenance services.

13) Delivery Period for CCCPs from manufacturer to Contractor’s warehouse inside Buzergan FOD Camp should be within four (4) months from the CCCPs Material Request(s) issuing date(s).

14) Bidder must unconditionally comply with the CCCPs Mobilization Period of twelve (12) hours from Contractor’s warehouse inside Buzergan FOD Camp to well site during day and/or night.

15) Bidder must unconditionally comply with the requirements of CCCPs Responsibility Matrix in the ITT.

16) Bidder must unconditionally comply with the Company's quarantine and protection requirements for epidemics such as COVID-19.

Bid bond: 75,000 USD (Seventy Five Thousand USD), The Bid Bond must be presented to Company in a separated and sealed envelope and duly marked and stamped on outer envelope.

The original validity of the bid bond shall be the same as aforementioned Bid Validity Period in Clause 11.1.
