ITT Section 1. Clause 11.1

Tenderer’s bid Proposal shall be irrevocable for a period 240 calendar days (“Bid Validity Period”).

ITT Section 1. Clause 12.1

Fail to meet any of below key factors will lead to disqualification:

1. Scope of Business must be related to the scope of work of the tender.
2. Legal Entity and Qualification of Bidder
3. Bid proposals are in properly sealed condition
4. Bid Proposal Period of Validity shall be as required in this TENDER DATA SHEET (TDS) (aforementioned Clause 11.1).
5. Bid Bond submission
6. Signed & Stamped Cover Letter (as per Section 2 PROPOSAL CONTENTS AND FORMS, Attachment 2A: Proposal Format of Cover Letter)
7. Price proposal is separate from Technical & Commercial proposal.
8. The Contractor must have a Site Visit to \COPMANY canteen before the bidding and must hold a meeting with the COMPANY before the submission of the bid to discuss, understand, acknowledge and confirm the COMPANY’s requirement, otherwise the Contractor will be disqualified from the beginning of bidding process. If necessary, in the technical evaluation stage, the COMPANY has the right to visit and communicate with the Contractor’s premises, present or past project locations, to know about the Contractors Quality and Performance.
9. Weekly Iraqi and Arabic food Menus will be as a part of technical evaluation. The contractor must provide CVs of the Chefs with at least 8 years of experience and their certificates approved by the Ministry of Tourism. Those Chefs should be resident of Iraq, and they can attend cooking test in Company’s Camps at any time during the technical evaluation period. Otherwise, the contractor should be deemed as disqualified in Technical stage.
10. The Contractor must submit detailed project execution plan with personnel organization chart for all the services after site visit, which should include the detailed position and personnel number with good performance proof (Certificates officially approved from international oil company fields in Iraq
11. The Contractor must demonstrate, with clear and attested evidences, its routes or channels and suppliers for obtaining all the foodstuff, condiments and ingredients as required. Should any delay of foodstuff delivery occur without any reasonable excuse, the Contractor shall be penalized for any such delay through the Monthly Evaluation procedure of the COMPANY?
12. The bidder must have eight (8) years of experiences in catering service & Hotel Service for IOCs (international oil companies) in Iraq, its track record must be submitted with all justifications and evidences.
13. ISO 9001 (Quality) & ISO 22000 & ISO 14001 &ISO 45001 from any International Accreditation Body Food Safety Management System (FSMS) for review and approval. All certificates shall be valid for at least one year.

Bid bond: US $90,000.00 (US Dollars Ninety Thousand Only), The Bid Bond must be presented to Company in a separated and sealed envelope and duly marked and stamped on outer envelope.

The original validity of the bid bond shall be the same as aforementioned Bid Validity Period in Clause 11.1.
